These terms govern your use of psychicsuetarot.com and The Psychic Circle membership platform. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Circle Membership (£35/month): Gives you access to the full course, weekly messages, guided meditations, digital readings, downloadable resources, and The Circle Path progression system. This is a recurring monthly subscription.
VIP Membership (£547 for 6 months): Includes everything in Circle, plus monthly personal readings with Sue, direct chat access, voice note support, and priority booking. This is a one-time payment for a 6-month period with no auto-renewal.
Membership is personal to you. You may not share your login details or allow others to access your account.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For Circle memberships, your card will be charged monthly on the date you first subscribed. Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Circle Membership: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
VIP Membership: As a one-time payment, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have not accessed any VIP-exclusive content and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All content on this platform — including videos, audio recordings, written materials, images, and downloadable resources — is owned by Sue Evans and is protected by copyright. You may access this content for your personal use as part of your membership. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or share any content from The Psychic Circle without our written permission.
Digital readings and personal readings are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes. By requesting a reading, you acknowledge this and accept full responsibility for any decisions you make based on the information provided.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You must not attempt to access another member's account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
We provide the platform and content “as is”. While we make every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of our content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our courses, meditations, or readings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, share your login credentials, redistribute our content, or behave in a way that is harmful to other members or our team.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify members by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
